Ongoing surveys are being conducted at White House Farm and the Trust plans to work with the UK Biodiversity Action Plan to conserve the habitats of endangered species found at the farm.

Grass Vetchling (Lathyrus nissolia) is rare inland. At White House Farm, this is a new 10 km² record for Suffolk (1993)
Ox-eye daisies and buttercups adorn two meadows
Tawny owls have been seen nesting on the land
Barn owls have been seen nesting in an ancient oak tree on the land
A vixen and three cubs have been seen nesting in part of the woodland at the farm.
